For the past 9 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs. My work integrates research-supported methods with a deep respect for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
For over a decade as a Buddhist, I have personally practiced meditation and mindfulness. When appropriate, I thoughtfully incorporate mindfulness-based principles into therapy to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and compassionate understanding of self and others. Drawing from both Western psychological science and Eastern contemplative traditions, I aim to create a space that is grounded, respectful, and growth-oriented.
As a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, I am committed to ongoing learning, ethical practice, and providing thoughtful, collaborative care. It is an honour to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and a more meaningful life.
