I’m really fortunate to have grown up and lived in the Bow Valley the majority of my life. I understand the great things and the challenges of living here, and look forward to supporting you in living your better life!

I provide assessments including:

  • Career assessment/counselling to help you make an informed decision about this next phase of your life, whether you’re a young or mature adult.
  • Drug or alcohol assessments using the SUDDS 5 to help you determine if you have a substance use disorder.
  • Diagnoses to help you know whether you meet the criteria for a mild, moderate, or severe mental health or brain condition.

 

I am also trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for individuals, groups or organizations that have been through a serious accident or event.

Fees

Counselling: I charge $220 for 55 minutes for individual adults, couples, children, and teens.

The Psychological Association of Alberta currently recommends Registered Psychologists charge $220 per session for individuals, couples, and families.

At the end of our meeting, I will give you a receipt with my license number on it for reimbursement from your benefit plan. Counselling fees are wholly or partially covered by most health insurance plans.

Couple’s Counselling Retreats: I charge $2200 for 10 hour and $3300 for 15 hour retreats. 

Coaching: I charge $220 for 55 minutes for individual coaching sessions.
